Iâm a nurse practitioner and functional medicine coach who specializes in helping women overcome chronic disease and live their healthiest lives.
Iâm a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of experience in clinical medicine â from primary care to palliative and end-of-life support. Iâve treated thousands of patients across every stage of life, but what truly changed my practice was seeing how many women, especially South Asian women, were being ignored, misdiagnosed, or dismissed when it came to their hormone and metabolic health.
I hold certifications in functional medicine, hormone balance, and integrative nutrition, and Iâve spent years studying the connections between gut health, metabolism, stress, and hormonal shifts. But what sets my approach apart is not just the science â itâs the cultural awareness and compassion I bring to every client relationship.

My Journey Into Becoming A Wellness Coach Started Back In 2012...Â
There was a time I was juggling everything â work, motherhood, cultural expectations â while quietly wondering what was wrong with me. I was gaining weight without changing my diet, barely sleeping, snapping at the people I loved, and feeling constantly anxious. My body felt foreign. My energy was gone. And worst of all, no one had answers.
I went to doctor after doctor. I was told my labs were ânormal,â that I should try yoga or wait it out. But deep down, I knew something wasnât right. I wasnât just tired â I was depleted. I wasnât just moody â I was hormonally unbalanced. And I wasnât just overwhelmed â I was carrying the invisible load of a woman expected to keep it all together without support. Thatâs when I realized the system wasnât built for women like me.Â
